Meet and pick up at airport upon arrival, and breakfast at local restaurant. Travel north traversing across the Crocker range for about 2 hours to the base of Mt. Kinabalu. The mountain stands at 13,435ft (4095 meters) and is the highest mountain between the Himalayas and New Guinea. En-route we stop by Nabalu Village for a chance to mingle with the native Dusun villagers. Learn more about their life from the produce they sell such as local fruits and handicrafts. Upon arrival at Malaysia’s first ever UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kinabalu National Park, choose to visit the short jungle trail or enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu from the park. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. Later, proceed to Poring Hotspring and trek along the jungle to reach the Canopy walkway, go through the suspension bridge along the tree and you can enjoy the view of our beautiful rainforest from the bridge, the highest point is 41 meters above the ground. After that, you can take a dip in the natural hot spring. Proceed to check in to Kundasang Resort for check in, rest of the time free at own leisure. Dinner at local restaurant.
After breakfast, proceed to Desa dairy Cow Farm located in Kundasang area whereby it earn the name ( New Zealand of Borneo ), we can learn how milk are process and we can feed the cattle as well. After the cow farm, we will stop a while at Kundasang market whereby we can buy some fruits and local handicraft there. And lunch at local restaurant. 3 hours from the city marks Kudat, where the South China Sea and Sulu Sea converge. This little slice of paradise, bafflingly beautiful with the harmony of sunny skies, blue seas, palm tree was then then first capital of British North Borneo Chartered Company. The journey will bring you through scenic countryside, paddy fields, villages, palm oil plantations; local stalls selling handicrafts and food items. Along the way, make a brief pit stop at some peanut stalls to get some munchies. Upon arrival, proceed to the Bavanggazo Village for a longhouse visit. Built entirely using local materials, it is home to the Rungus people community, a sub-tribe of the indigenous Kadazandusun. Observe their very own unique bead works, lifestyle and costumes. Proceed to Tip Of Borneo, standing at The Northern Tip of Borneo also known as Tanjung Simpang Mengayau which means ‘lingering junction’ as it is here that the South China Sea lingers and meets the Sulu seas flowing from the East. Enjoy the sunset view and transfer for dinner at local restaurant.
After breakfast, proceed to Sumangkap Village, well known for its “Gong” making skill by its local artisan and finally Gombizau Honey Bee Farm. You will be able to observe how a bee farm is managed a chance to get a taste of raw honey straight from the honeycomb! Lunch at local restaurant and proceed to Kota Kinabalu and check in to hotel. Our representatives will pick up for dinner with cultural show.
1400hrs – Begin your journey approximately 2hours to Weston . 1600hrs -upon arrival, light refreshment is served by the locals. On-board the comfortable fibreglass boat in search of wildlife along the river bank. The habitat belong to most of the wildlife and mostly Proboscis monkey can be spotted there, beside proboscis, others primate such as The Silver Leaf monkey or local called Langur , the long tail Macaque can be seen, crocodile , monitor lizards , snakes and other wildlife are those wildlife that inhabitant this beautiful nature area. Local buffet are serve at the jetty.After dinner, catch glimpses of fireflies slowly lighting up and decorating the mangrove trees. Along your way to the coach, you will be accompanied by the crickets happily singing to wish you safely home. 2100hrs. Estimated time will be arrive at Kota Kinabalu.
Today, rest and relax at Sepanggar Island – this idyllic tropical island is only 7km away from Kota Kinabalu City. 10 minutes boat ride from Jesselton Point Jetty will bring you to its white sandy beach, warm turquoise water and colourful reefs. Also a heaven for nature lovers, it is blessed with an amazing varieties of flora and fauna befitting an untouched tropical rainforest. Here, the island is yours to explore. You can enjoy the beauty of nature and swim with these coral fishes. If you want to feel the different, you can join an optional tour Discover Scuba Dive and dive into the fish’s world. Besides Sepanggar Island is most famous for its water sports activities such as Parasailing, Jet – Ski, Banana Boat, Kayaking, sea walking, massage and other activities. Lunch is served on the island, after lunch, you can enjoy walking around the island or snorkeling as well. Boat transfer to island around 3pm. Shop for local Sabah products for your loved ones at JSK souvenir shop and transfer will pick up to airport for check in for flights back home.
